Marvel’s “Black Panther” Super Villain Announced

Marvel Studios has just announced the antagonist of its upcoming “Black Panther” film, starring Chadwick Boseman as the lead.
Reprising his role, the story will be a continuation of the character from the previous Marvel release. Just like every Marvel release, this upcoming film boasts an impressive cast, sharing the likes of Michael B. Jordan, Forest Whitaker and Andy Serkis, who will also replay his role as Ulysses Klaue, the main super villain of the film. Also returning, we will see Martin Freeman come back as Everett K. Ross, who played the character in the previous Marvel production.

After controversy in Hollywood surrounding topics of diversity in the last year, Marvel looks to set a standard while casting more diversity in their films. This will be the first black protagonist with a standalone story in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which hopefully sets a precedence in the future for more films like it.
A release date is yet to be announced.
